Does anyone know if there is standard measurements for a 4x4 ramp?

make it based on the angle you want to get
angle = 20, 30 or whatever degrees
width of ramp = whatever you like (at least 15" i'd say)
width of base = at least 3 times the width of ramp
height = use trigonometry to figure out how high the top has to be to get the angle you want

EG - mine is 30 degrees, length is 2500, roughly same W.B as my rig, height is 1300, enough to get 30 degrees... and width is 400, i would like it to be a bit wider though, you have to come on on a pretty savage angle to not drive off if you're going high.

30 degree seems to be the most popular with modified vehicles.
23 degree is another one but has to be really long or you might drive off it before lifting a wheel
