Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Can anyone (probably Frank) tell me if and what models the "Torsen" lsd (gear type) was used in? I think it was in pre MATT gen 3s. Was it in any gen 2s? My NJ has a clutch type. Maybe NK,L?

Yes they came out in the NL (97-2000) also the same lsd was continued into the NM/NP range.
