grunchy first gear

hi all any dmax or colerado owners find that they get slight crunch or grind very occasionally when selecting first gear from stationary start happens rare but noticed it stuck in traffic whilst changing from first to nautral clutch in then out whilst in peak traffic now am paranoid change frequently to check for it oil is good syncros good clutch fluid new dampner new
