I bought one of these power steering pumps http://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/index.ph ... ulley.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to run on my new 45, My question is What size crank pulley do i need to run to run the pump at correct speed? Its going on a small block chev which does not currently have any ps pulley on it so i have no starting point at all.

You need to ask the manufacturer what the pumps ideal RPM range is.
Your Chev won't do more than 6000.
Most pumps run at about 1:1.

Once you find out the rpm of the pump this will do the rest even tell you what size belt.

Belt length for two points is easy (1st pulley diameter X 1.57) + (2nd pulley diameter X 1.57) + (2 x centre distance). Throw in a third point or idler, you now have three centre distances and it still won't be perfect
