I've never yet seen a brand that doesn't just re-arch the springs without giving you a longer main and wrap. Leaves you with a shackle angle that is far too close to vertical. Consider taking your existing spring packs to a manufacturer or springworks and ask them for a set of longer main and wraps all round to match the extra lift. At the end of the job you want the shackles to be an absolute minimum of 45 degrees otherwise it will ride like crap.becker wrote:hey guys lookin at gettin new suspension to give me abit of lift without loosin out on flex. just wonderin if there are any good brands to work with or how to maximise my flex threw my leafs without doing a soa. any tips or hints will be greatly appreciated.

Re: best leaf pack for hzj75
i got the efs heavy duty ones in my 79 series and took the bottom 4 leafs out and they give an awsome ride and flex really well, but hopeless for load carring rear tank of fuel drops the ass 30mm, you want the shackle to be 90 degrees to the leaf. hope it was of some help
