Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i am after something semi-legal to use to widen the track
of my ROCKY

how noticible are 1-1.5 inch wheel spacers on small 4wds?
(I now that wheel spacers are illegal)

is cutting and re-welding the to a negative offset legal in QLD?

i think its illegal anywhere in aus. but that would be the best way to gain 1-2 inches.

easier to change tyres and stuff.
