how hard is it to fit a skyline motor to a patrol?

I want to fit a turbo'd skyline motor to my gq patrol comp truck, does anyone know how hard this is??

It's easy concidering some GQs came out with them.

most of the old petrol patrols were rb30 carby so im guessing it wouldnt be hard

I think they are a straight bolt up to replace the RD28 as well.

It will bolt up to a GQ RB30 gearbox, and like Mark says 95% they bolt up to a RD28 gearbox too

rd28's apparantly bolt up to rb25 boxes so i cant see why an rb20/25/26/30 wouldnt bolt straight up to an rd28 box

Why wouldn't u turbo a tb42 ??
Maybe do a little research, I think you may be surprised

yea all the skyline "RB" motors bolt straight up to the GQ rb30 and rd28 gearboxes and the GU rd28 gearboxes, TB42 turbo is good too.. iv just done mine.. aprox 160kw at the wheels
