Outer Limits 4x4 Board

As title suggests, lux TC behind T700. It is extremely difficult to shift in and out of low/high range. What can be done to make it easier? I've tried shifting in park, neutral, engine off. It all sucks!!

Any help?

If it's hard to shift in neutral, the shift rails or some other mechanism is likely to be sticking. Take it apart and give everything a clean and grease.
