80 series brake problem

Post by crazy eyez »

i have a 96 model 80 series petrol auto and for some reason it has started to have a intermitent brake problem . Some times the brakes are fine then for some reason the peddle will go almost to the floor and then it will lock up the rear brakes . Let your foot of then reaply the brakes and it will be normal again . I have replaced the master cylinder and it still has the same problem . does anyone have any ideas wat it might be ?

cheers crazy eyes

there are no leeks but there is a chance that it is seizing internaly so i will be checking the wheel bearings then the proprtioning valve may have to put a kit threw it ..I hope not as they are painfull
