Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have heard of a guy, "Matt" on here that makes an adapter to bolt a T25 turbo flange to a non turbo exhaust manifold on the 1hz. Has anyone on here used one? Is he still Making them? Or if not, where can I get one?
