hilux spring choice

Hi all, I'm going to dig up an old topic because after a lot of research I still can't find all the answers..
1. Can I do a ruf, with stock, yet adjustable steering? I have adjustable stuff, but not high steer yet.
2. Is their a better choice other than rear springs for the front? How about ifs rears in the front?
3. What is the ultimate rear spring choice? Ifs rears? Chev 63" ? Ford explorer? Or after market such as trail gear or locktup.

Okay well maybe I'm just blind but, it is hard to fund some of this information on the net. I have used the search bar to.
Obviously I don't mind welding New spring hangers in and what not. But I'm nit sure what will work with the stock steering setup? I will get highsteer but that has to wait a little while, but in the meantime I would love some more flex out of the old girl.
All help is much appreciated and I'm sure by answering you are helping many others not just me .

as for the rears i used to run ifs length rears in my old lux with 200mm shakles worked ok but nothing compared to aftermarket leaves from locktup offroad

stock steering is pooo dont waste your time go to hy-steer of doing the RUF will be a waste of time cos without better steering you wont be ablr to take advantage of the flex you will gain
