Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I'm travelling from Victoria to mackay and I've had to make a stop at bidwill Sydney as my radiator has sprung a leak, I have a gq tb42 which I'm running a 4 core copper radiator, where the cores are welded into the end tanks some of the top outside cores have crack at the welds.

Can this be easily repaired?

Where can i get my radiator repaired?
