nh pajero fuel problem

Dose any 1 no how to stop my car using to much fuel must be close to. 20liters per 100ks could it be the o2 sender
yep new o2 sensor.
clean airflow meter.
clean injectors, youtube has good diy for this.
new fuel filter.
new air filter.
