Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Anyone ever done a cab swap with an early 2000 cab onto mid 80s leaf front and rear chassis ?

I know that early and mid 90s cabs will go onto a mid 80s chassis. I think the cab shape didnt change until 2003/2004, so maybe up til they changed the shape would fit.
Id be interested in finding out about this too.

I assumed the same. I've got an awesome 85 extracab setup but 2 seats are no good when you've got kids. My thinking is a dual cab conversion on my chassis with an early 2000 cab with saf would look sweet. Might have to do a research and measure at the wreckers. But surely someone has tried it?
