Disco 3.9 engine upgrades???

I have a 94 Auto trans V8 3.9 Surp belt engine. With 380000ks on the clock.
She is really starting to leak oil out every place possible and buy the sound of low compression at start up its time for a freshen up. I am going to pull it out and do a full rebuild on the engine, Trans and Transfer.
While I have it out what are the best upgrades/Bang for buck? I am not wanting to cut off a arm to do anything.
Is there stroker kits?
Is the over size kits?
What is the best cam for a tough tourer?
Are there brands to stay away from in the kits?
Besides just a standard rebuild is there anything worth doing to the trans?
I was planning on shimming the transfer and doing the upgrades to stop the idler shaft from leaking.
I did a google search on rover stroker kits and only came across threads of people that have done them but couldn't find where to get them from.
This is what I keep finding
http://www.britishv8.org/Articles/Affor ... ker-V8.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.aluminumv8.com/engine/engcomp.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Let me know.
Thanks
