Hi guys,
I have upgraded my stock carb to a weber 32/36.
But I have been having a problem with fuel consumption.
It is running at about 13l per 100km where the stock carb was down at about 9.5l.
Do I need to look at changing the jets in it?
Any help you may have would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Bigger carb=more fuel and air in, only way to get better fuel economy would be to put the stock carb back on.

Rubbish.
How often are you over 90% throttle? That is the time your shiny weber will be letting more air/fuel in.
The rest of the time you are using less than the capacity of the stock carb so less air=less fuel.
Check the mixtures on a dyno or with a wideband on the road and change jets to suit.
You can fiddle with jets on the road for a long time to get it rightish without a wideband O2 sensor but you run the risk of leaning out and destroying shit.
30% extra fuel is ridiculous, You can get it better.

Its been along time since I had mine but with the gearing I had at 90km the throttle was only just on so it was ok on fuel.
Once the secondaries are open thats when you will start using more fuel.
