Turbo Manifold Leak help

Peeps, I have a GQ which is the 4.2 LPG Turbo and having problems with warping manifolds and also cracking. I have gone through two manifolds already.
Anyone had similar issues with LPG Turbo patrols?? and if so how did you fix them?

heard that two piece manifold might be the go? anyone used these ones before? and where to get

It aint a cheap yum cha manifold from ebay is it.

You need to get one with a thicker flange, and made form something decent, people bang on about stainless and what not, but it does crack sooner or later, you be needing some good old cast iron :D

I had trouble with leaking, but not cracking. TB42 turbo on petrol thou. Seemed like the nuts were coming loose after every attempt.
Had the manifold deck and it still did it , tried this and that fasteners, , sealant, new gaskets, new studs , exhaust shop experts, 4wd "expert,etc etc etc.
What worked first time for me was, take manifold off, clean up, refit with no gasket just sealant, tighten. Leave alone for sealant to go off.
Next day take for a run but only up to temp then back and retighten nuts up before cooling and during cooling. (mine would start to leak after one heat cycle and nuts seemed loose). Let cool completely.
Repeat and check nuts.
Repeat if necessary.

Thanks I'll give it a go, it isn't from ebay but its is a steam pipe job, worked well at first, but I had changed all the studs and nuts to Inconel ones to stop nuts coming loose coz I had similar problems which fixed it. The previous cast manifold did last longer than this one before it cracked. Ive been told to try a two piece manifold but its a big investment at the moment to change manifold again.
