I know this has been done to death, but I figure it can go into the bible. I have a lwb GQ, and plan a 3" lift with 1" coil spacers. I want to run 33" road tyres, and 35" off road tyres. I eventually plan on a 2" bodylift, and don't mind cutting a little of the guards. thanks

so 3" susp, 1" coil spacer, and no body, and a trim will be ok?

I run 2.5" springs, 2" body and minor triming for 35's.
IMO better handling and less to go wrong with this height.

Why don't you just buy 4" lifted coils?

this rig is built mainly for towing, so needs to be pretty stiff. i dont want the wallowing associated with long coils. but i still want to wheel it a bit.

so will 4'' lift be enough for 35s? and what is required to do a 4'' lift properly

44's and 2" lift, just remove panels and put on wider axles
