Alright
Might be a thread on this but I can't find it..
What have you guys done with chopping your front guards? I got a couple ideas and will post pics soon but just keen to see what someone else has done
Cheers

I chopped about 60mm out of the top of mine then sliced and raised the inner guard to suit.

My idea is to cut the lower inline with the top of the brush bar, welding some panel steel or whatever in there, and run small tube front the front bar up to meet the rail to give it strength
Thoughts?

Only real way is too use the cams rated pipe on the one off the bar meeting the side rail.
little bit of laminating it would be good but that grade of pipe at a decent diameter and wall thickness should be fine on its own
