Take it back to where turbo was installed.

If it was fine before they fitted it, and the issue has started since they did the work, they will have to either fix it or pay someoen else to.
Try ARB Sth, or maybe JPC.

Could be damaged engine mount OR maybe the turbo exhaust system has not had a flexible join put in it. As the engine pipe is bolted to the gearbox , there must be a flex joint between the engine pipe and the rest of the system to take up movement.

Check Nicks reply above and also if pipe hitting anywhere if it was modified.
Also check aircleaner box if moved is tight and not rubbing on firewall.
As for shakes ? jumps from side to side or just the vibration thru cab?

Vibrates through the cabin.
The air cleaner is tight, but the exhaust hasnt got the flexi pipe.
I might try and get the flexi. I have been told it may even be the timing. Some other idiot said the engine is not turbo compatible.

Without the flexi pipe you will brake the exhaust studs in short order, take it back and tell them it needs a flexi pipe installed.
P.S. It's the mark of a cheap-skate by not putting a flexi pipe in.

What is your idle speed set at, some TD42 will run a bit rough if the idle speed is to slow, 650RPM is the recommended set speed.
Also just a thought how long since you had your injectors done, if one is just a bit leaky, it will have the same effect at idle but you may not notice at normal running.

What is the idle speed?
If you raise to 900/1000 does problem go away?
