Hi, im looking at getting one of these from a local supplier $980, has anyone heard of them/ used them as i tried to google them but dont find much feedback about them

They seem good for the price as i dont want to fork out a big price for a warn as these with rope and fairlead seem a great price, i thought i read somwhere the built by warn any way.. but unsure of that..
