He sells heaps of fox shock. Air shocks, coilovers, emulsion, etc. Has the nitrogen kit and shim kits too.

Where are you based?
Fox's specifically, or Kings?

Downsouth motor sports, they can even tune them for you!

Any good aftermarket shock provider should sell you the shocks set up within 90% of the desired dampening given vehicle weight and usage, and include one free tune in the price.
Just sayin'.
Sandy at Aus4x4 sells Kings on this basis. ( no, not an ad)

A bench tune on your shocks will get you 60% of the shocks available performance, unless you are bolting it to a dead stock rig that the shock guy has set up for that std rig. the minute you add spare wheels, bull bars, batteries, etc and or change the spring rate that tune is different. On a road going rig if it is at 60% you will probably be pretty happy with the ride and handling. If you plan to do some pace over some larger bumps 60% will not cut it and a well tuned rig will just pass you like you are standing still. A well tuned rig will also be a lot nicer on the runner gear.
I was asking about where to buy shocks because lots of people ask if i have any for sale or if i can get them. I was just going to past them on to someone that has them in oz at this stage.

:) I think you guys are missing the point! Matt doesn't need someone to tune them for him, just after a reliable retailer of the shocks. Pretty sure he's got the tuning side of it covered.
