Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey all, my 04 gu 3 ltd is idling rough mostly when it's warm/ hot. Runs fine but when is stop at lights etc it idles rough, if I give it a little rev sometimes it's will fix it. Is slowly getting worst .

Anyone have any ideas what this could be or who in the caboolture area could fix it?
