All going to depend on the type and construction of the tray dude

theirs nothing too it.

tray body builder from way back.

basically make sure the rails of the tray don't overhang the chassis too much.
otherwise on full flex youll rub your tyres on the rails.
and possibly rope rails depending on offset of tyre, thickness of the rope rail or width of tray.
easy fix is cut them off where the tyre is..

other thing to remember is..
measure distance from bump stop to the top of diff..
say you've got an 80mm gap.
dummy up the tray on the ute and measure distance of tyre to underside of floor..
say if its 50mm.
it means what ever stuff the tray has on it needs packing 40mm MINIMUM
50 + 40 = 90 soo in theory you have 10mm to play with.

but you might upgrade in tyre size to factor that in..
and generaly suspension lift should cancel that out.

rhs for front and rear supports
and angle and plate for the rest.

cheers
