Hello all Gods
Is there any good reason why you dont see two 1/4 eliptic springs on each side, like 2 link bars, for use in the rear.
Thoughts ideas--pros/cons

If you mean 2 each side ie. 4 in total I think that would be very stiff and wouldn't flex at all.

Nice idea
...... but i think for the setup to work each spring pack woud have to be very soft, which is fine but from what you said above you wanted to use each pack as a link. The problem would be that because the packs would be so soft they would flex and be ineffective as links.....hope that answered it ..... tell me if ive got ur idea wrong

Hi Guys
Yes Adam you have the right idea,so to work through this, the top spring would mainly have pulling ant the bottom pushing, could mounting the springs in a curtain way help avoid this or would you have to build a anti wrap bar

I personally would just go for a 4 link (A Frame) and just 1/4 elliptic. would be much more predictable and less could go wrong with it.
