Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Has anyone had the spot welding pop where the cross member flanges to meet the sill member ? These are both part of the body proper. It went with a bang in a tight gully crossing. I have left it ever since, but would like to get it fixed.

Would replacing the body mounts help this, as they seem a bit loose ... especially the centre ones.
