leaky roof on my grand cherokee

i have just bought a 2003 model jeep grand Cherokee and with this rain it coming in through the roof above the left hand internal sun visor but does not seem to be coming through the retractable sun roof does the roof rails on these vehicles leak at all as that is where the water seems to be coming in
