Highly likely not enough , My little Bravo has a 60 amp fuse - suggest you might want to check out what is actually correct for your vehicle

According to my Haymes manual for the Pajero, the resistance for the glow plugs should be 0.05 to 0.07 ohms. At 12 Volts, 0.06 ohms corresponds to 200 amps. OK - as they start to heat up, the resistance increases, and the current decreases but I would say that your fuse rating is way too low. You would need a slow blow fuse if you are going that way. I would recommend a relay because the currents are very high. The Pajero uses a busbar for the glow plugs so that in itself indicates that the currents are high.
