Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi, I have recently purchased a Nissan Navara D22 2012 model and want to upgrade the wheels and suspension. i am wanting to put 33's on my car with 16 inch rims. what the lowest suspension lift i can have before my tires start to scrub, and also will i need any offset on my rims?

2" +2" +20 offset rims. Minor trimming of the front guards is needed and removal of the front mud flaps.
