Hey Guys,
I did some work on the truck the other weekend, when I was installing some speakers, and decided that whilest I was at it, I'd removed anything that had lights that weren't working..
So I removed the lights out of my Volt meter (Sits beside the angle indicator thingy), heat/cool vent controls thingamy, the hazards switch and rear demister (I think those are the two switches mounted on either side of the dash cluster)..
Well now there indicators don't work, nor does the dash light up...
Can anyone confirm for me that it is the Hazard light switch, as it has about 6+ pins on it, which is abit much just to turn on the indicators...
Plus I've damaged the switch so I can't test it myself..
Just need to know for sure, cause I'll grab one from a wreckers ASAP if its going to fix the problem, if not, I'm not in any real hurry to replace it.
Dan

Yeah it'll be the 6+ pin. I did this in the patrol when I first got it....
there is more than just positve and earth cause the switch has to override the ignition circuit (indicators dont come on till vehicle is 'on' -correct?)
Just plug it back in and all should work.
I like it though "I pulled the car apart, put it back together, and I had these bolts left over" hee hee I do the same.
