Portals?

Hey guys n girls I'm sure this topic would have been made before but can portals handle high speed? Such as being suitable for an ultra 4, I seen opw is using hummer portals, much difference if any to mogs? Any advice would be great? Don't want to spend the coin if they are going to be useless. Thanks

I'd say 10 days was a pretty prompt reply on a technical issue nowdays
