what else do i need to make decent power got turbo, pump, injectors, exhaust, intercooler, clutch, intake manifold, airbox any little stuff i need

An auto or Billet crank will make it last longer.

Most importantly - Large sums of money if my sons' TD42 is any indication

A good pump tuner. I remember Scotty T was getting 361rwhp out of his Td42.
