Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi guys im new on this forum ive had a look for some help regarding tyre sizes on stock suspensions it appears that i cant get a straight answer:

Can someone please help out here - what is the biggest recommended tyres i can put on a stock jx?

Also are there any lift kits you guys can recommend - something under 1k perhaps.
