Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Think the air vents back of the bonnet have let leaf/rubbish in and filled up the drain hole and water is leaking in to the floor via the outside air vent tubes. How do U get the rubbish out or U just put a wire up the drain tube?

Where does the drain tube come out underneath the vehicle.
