Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi All,

I am currently rebuilding my XD9000 low mount winch and wanted to upgrade the gear ratio as I have one of the earlier models. I wonder if any of you guys have a stuffed winch sitting in your garage that may have the required parts in good order. I am looking to buy the 3 planetary gears that give the 156:1 ratio. Thanks in advance.

Hey Bazzle,

I have priced new parts through ATECO, the warn part distributors but was looking for something a little less painful and I assume the others you mentioned buy through them anyway and assumed they would be more expensive again.

Thats why I thought of finding someone with a half trashed XD9000 or similar to buy gears off.
