ok just put the safari clutch in and all was good
just ran the comp and all that worked fine was nice and smooth and easy to use ..

now its gone really hard to push in ... and its slipping
can change gears fine but when i get into it, it starts to slip
 more problems i don't need ... if i get under it and wiggle the fork on the slave its solid .. no free play at all ...

yes i did a search ... ehehehe couldn't find anything matching
any suggestions?

rubbers in slave or master cylinder could be stuffed or the thrust race is fitted wrong if mud has got in it could be stopping the pressure plate from returning :bad-words:

Hopefully it would just be the master / slave cyclinder that is causing problems. As the boosters are worth lots.

I got my master cylinder re-sleeved with a stainless sleve and put a genuine piston kit through it all up cost was around $100 ($45 for piston kit from Nissan Bendigo and $55 for re-seleve from Bendigo brake and clutch).

Have been told petrol and diesel clutch master cylinder bore diameters are different sizes.
Has also been suggested the PBR brand is the same unit that Nissan sells genuine except has a different bottle on top and has some tell-tale names ground from the casting.
Did you change the Master cylinder??

The genuine part should have NABCO stamped in the casing.
