Custom Diff lock for Feroza

I have an idea how to build a (rear) Diff lock for our Roza’s.
To run this idea I need to know if the standard Diff (side gears and diff pinion) can be installed inside the LSD case.
Another thing I need to know if I can find the LSD Diff case assy and cover.
I know that LSD Diff isn’t so common but maybe???

some drawings from the service manual.
are the gear sides and the pinion shafts are the same??
if the answers for those Q are yes... and we can find
LSD case (or find the manufacturer...) i think the Diff lock for fez
is reachable.

the idea is to engrave truck shaft to the roza's dimensions with extra spline for the lock dog... similar to the maxidrive and as seen in this pic
any suggestion will be regard and any problem that you observe...
if anyone have a solidworks (or same hardware) drawing of the axle and shaft it will be a great help.

I can email you the factory service manual for the rear differential if you need... or do you have it already?

the factory service manual i have in hand. but the draw there is just a sketch. no scale or full dimension...
p.s if anyone took pic of rear diff (and shaft) opened up it will help too.

Have a look at this site- say they can make vacuum or air lockers to fit most diffs! Located in Melbourne.

Yeah I mentioned what the web page notes, but he wasnt interested, this was the same time as I mentioned his email didnt work but I dont think he knew what I meant...
Ahhh.... well... it seems that people who know diffs dont know what Ferozas are... Dont get me wrong, the company seems to be excellent at what they do, just of no help to our needs.

So we're in the same start point... i can build customized diff lock but need some help...
If anyone took pic of rear diff (and shaft) opened up it will help.
Drawing of the raer axle (fully defined and scaled) will be great... even just the shaft tail (the other side of the spline section).
Another important thing... what is this "line" at the drawing of the axle?
can this "line" desturb to the new shaft with the extra spline section?? (will be thicker alittle...)
If tou cant see the pic go to RS-4...

Don't know if this is any help but i've a mate who is an industrial designer who uses solid works and has it on his home PC. I'm sure i'd be able to get him to help if i could provide him with what to create.
