In conjuction with Polyperformance we are now distributing new products. Below is what Polyperformance has noted to customer on Pirate4x4.com and would like potential Australian customers to know:

We would like to bring some new products to the Australian market.

The first item is the FOX air shock.

The fox air shock offers similar performance to a coilover for much less money. The air shock works on a nitrogen and oil mixture. This provides a progressive spring rate which works very well for rockcrawling. This shock is very easily adjustable. The spring curve (or spring rate) is controlled by the amount of oil in the shock. Ride height is controlled by the amount of nitrogen pressure in the shock. Both of these can be adjusted in a matter of minutes and for virtually no cost. These shocks are available with up to 18" of travel.

The second product is the BBCS-15.

This is nitrogen charged monotube shock with internal floating piston which features digressive valving on both the compression and rebound side. It also features internal overextension bumpers, external
compression bumpers and an aluminum bump cap. This shock was tuned specifically for rockcrawlers with leaf springs. Because of the better tuning on the shock your tires will stay glued to the ground and provide more traction. The bottom out bumpers will prevent you from destroying the shock by bottoming out. These shocks also have a 5/8 shaft which means that it will not bend despite being such a long travel. Because the shock is nitrogen charged with an internal floating piston, cavitation is nonexistent. This means that the shocks will not fade despite being subject to hardcore use. These shocks will out-perform any other monotube shock.

G'day Guys

Thanks for the interest and inquiry. I can certainly follow that up for you as anything is generally possible.

For interest sake M&M Custom Engineering is a hardcore specialist and fabricating / modifying is the game. Most products can be custom made to order, so should the Poison Spyder gear not work out, a similar unit can be fabricated for you.

Will get back to you soon.

Cheers Sean

PS interested in your thoughts on our sample list products & prices?

Through some of our other dealers we were able to get in contact with the guys at Poison Spyder Customs and they are real keen to help us out and get a bigger presence in Oz (great bunch of guys to deal & talk with). In fact one of their guys is coming down under soon!

Pricing & freight for the gear is currently being worked out as we would be international distributors but for the 'Rocker Knockers' and optional Slider bar it's likely to be around $800-850 but this is ball park at the moment.

They noted they would work out better pricing if we could get a group or bulk buy.

Thanks for feedback on the pricing sorry about the Ox Locker it appears WA guy sells better than i buy. Nonetheless, I am sure we can offer jeep guys other quality products, great pricing (hope) and top customer service.

On a side note we are interested in working out some sort of sponsorship relationship for a Jeep nut who wants to compete, build up their truck and be a prominate personality in the jeeping community. Happy to have candidates on within the southern eastern states PM.

Cheers Sean

What level of Rig are you looking and helping along. MOD truck or

Sorry I didnt reply, no coils arent included but package pricing is good (ring) and at the moment we are waiting on finalising pricing on a progressive coilover spring instead of running 2, expected to reduce cost too.

It was pointed out to me that the pricing on the coilover shocks was our RRP, not the current order special. Note fox shocks come with coil over spring & mounthing hardware.

Fox Emulsion Shock Coilover $662
Fox Remote Shock Coilover $763
Swayaway Racerunner Emulsion including coilover kit $658

Someone who maybe doent have everything for their truck yet but is settingup/upgrading their truck to compete in MOD or Outlaw. But more so someone who we can deal and develop a truck & relationship with.

i like the idea of the airshox, and that read up on Pirate is pretty good, but im probably more interested on how they r on the road....i know it says that they should be fine with sway bars fitted but does anyone know of any road rigs that run them?

Dave, the owner here at polyperformance drives his toyota on the street. He runs air shocks in the rear. It drives the same as any truck with a really soft suspension. Some people feel the need for a sway bar and others dont. A lot of the street manners of a 4-link truck depend more on the geometry of the 4-link than the shocks.

I have 1/4 elliptic in the rear of mine and Daves drived better on the street.

GREAT line up of products there M&M.

Just wondering what your stance is on you suppling to other Jeep related business's? I'd like to have a chat in regards to that if possible.

Also with the sponsorship deal, I'm just about to start entering a few comps down here in Vic and wondering what possabilites are there as well ;)

Cheers.

Sweet... more wicked top-shelf stuff for all!

Having imported some stuff like this in the past I can tell ya that the prices are pretty good... it's all the hidden costs that usually get ya (frieght, tax, duties, etc)... and unlikely to get the stuff in 5-10 days.

Great to see more local supply of hard core gear for Jeeps...

G'day Guys

I will be going down to the Jamboree as Brawn 4x4 is one of the sponsors and I will be attending on their behalf. How many of you would be interested in me bringing down the Fox Air Shocks?

Because if there is enough interest I will bring some stock down!

Cheers
