When I had the turbo installed it was connected to the original diameter zorst which is smaller, Is it worth upgrading the diameter to match the outlet size?

I've almost finished a 3-inch system on my MK, and wouldn't be without it for anything. I got earlier torbo response, actually slightly higher top boost without adjusting the turbo, and a very cool sound.
In my opinion, the most important with a turbo is to lower the backpressure as much as possible, getting the best out of the pressure difference before and after the turbo.
