Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi all

its my first 4x4, so i know nothing about them.

i need to replace the head? and gasket on my 1984 MQ patrol.

what is the best gasket to get?

does anybody know of a head in south east qld?
or a place that checks and fixes them?

its running on lpg.

does anybody know of a decent mechanic that dont charge an arm and a leg?
