Jac Mac Set-up INSTALLED and WHEELED

Finally...after herrassing Sam and Mike on this board ( ) I finally have all the things in and the truck is working like a charm...
The installation did take 2 days as we had to bore out the rear spindles to ~34mm and the front ones as well and we had to bore out the swivel balls as well to that same size. We found the 3rd member housings (front LC hi-pinion and rear 4runner V6) and that was that. I used some aftermarket cheap CVs at 25USD each until my Cromo Longfields arrive.
The front hi-pinion is a perfect thing as now I can stash the hydro ram in there. I will have to extend the rear center ball joint a bit (1" I think) as the pinion is biting down a bit.
I did NOT give her hell as I did take 2 days to break in teh new gears and so forth, but with dual lockers, I did do everything I wanted to and was following a competent 39.5" boggerd buggy (until I chickened out )
Here are some pics
Again...THANKS to Sam and Michael.
