Hi i have a GQ Patrol 1988 td42 diesel... and i have just installed some arb air lockers (front lockers only)
What i want to know is the best OIL to use ?
As i have been told to use lsd90 and i was hoping to use lsd140 so a can use the same oil as in the back Diff.

Some help with this would be great :?

cheers
Michael

you can use a multigrade lsd 90/140. Straight 140 too thick even for rear.
80/90 non lsd a bit better.

cool thanks.
I was thinking of using LSD90 straight in the front and the rear .
Do you think it's a bad idea for the air locker diff ?
as I'm trying to use one 20ltr of LSD90 drum for the front & back
ARB here in bundy said to use LSD90 in the air locker diff and the Gregorys Patrol manual said to use LSD90 in the rear
but then bp, caltex & penrite all recommend the 140
so I'm really confused - which isn't hard I guess - as I'm from Bundy
