As of today I'm a Nissan/Ford owner.... yeah it's a Maverick.
The Vit went on the weekend and a Mav Shorty turned up at just the right time - god knows there were no MQ's that weren't twice redbook price on the eastern seaboard on the weekend. Hope it all works out well over the next few days as I deal with QLD transport until it's sorted.
If today is a good example, looks like a couple of tough days ahead :(
i'll still be cruising here to provid my usual garbage and advice in equal measure, so Vit owners feel free to send me questions.

how much did it set you back ? looks good even if the colour is kinda Grimace , butsince you were driving a vitara the cross over from a girls car to a mans car in girls colours should be less dramatic

i'll give a final figure at registration time but it's looking good despite one major expense looming (power steering pump is stuffed).
Hoping to be finished under $6k with snorkel and locker, and under $7500 on secondhand 33"s and about 3" suspension lift.
Sh1t it looks like a lot of money saying that :(
That may not sound too cheap to NSW and Vic people but up here shorty GQ's are like gold.....
For anyone who can deal with an auto, there's one for $5500 with lift and a winch in sydney on TP right now....

Welcome to my club!, though I sold my girl last year & had to borrow my daughter's pajero for the last couple of months before getting my GQ shorty a couple of weeks ago.
