Here's a few pics from yesterday - the Sydney LROC did Winchreak Pass.
Yes thats a bent trailing arm on my bonnet.
Its a free site so limited bandwidth. If it goes down, try again in a day or so.

Those tires are Russian made and come on military vehicles - their name elludes me as they go by the common name of "Boggerov"
These are firestone airbags that, as per my understanding have springs inside of them to ellude them to collapse completely.
Last I heard (last month when we were doing our Toy conversion) he mentioned cross side valves...need home made...the whole thing cost less than my two ARBs

Your a tyre dealer aren't you Nadim? How much for a set of those Boggerovs landed in OZ ? Nice pics guys. These days the only time I get to see my block of land is on these forums.

Hi all,
Like the pics, couple of sweet looking defenders there.....who owns those beasts, would be interested to know what size Simex's they are running and what sort of lift, cutting is required to fit them.
I'm running 265/75 on my defender but id like to change to 285s, anyone know if i can do that or will i have problems? I have OME springs/shocks with 2" lift .
Winch break looks fun, bit hardcore for my truck tho

285s will go under quite easily, but less backspacing is need, otherwise they'll rub on the rear spring towers. Do a search on the Rover forum, theres plenty of good stuff about Defender lifts & suspension.
Theres one pic of a Sydney Defender with 285s here

PM me & I'll give you his contact details.
All those cars from Winchbreak are Sydney LROC members. PM me if you want further details.
I'll post more pics today hopefully, some more have been contributed (thanks Slunnie!)
