Just wanted to let the Aussies know that if you are a music fan, and appreciate an amazing guitarist, a terrific musician, and a helluva nice guy, Jimmie Vaughan is coming to your Blues Festival on 4-18 and 4-19 at Byron Bay. He'll also be performing in Sydney on 4-20 at the Metro, and on 4-22 in Melbourne, at Prince of Wales. There is a website, www.jimmievaughan.com if you are interested. Later, Paul 8)

Thanks Paul.
Yeah I do like the blues and jazz, used to cruise around a lot of Richmond pubs (Melbournites will know them) that had small jazz or blues bands in my alcohol swilling youth.
I don't get much chance these days to get out and see bands but Status Quo are touring down here so I may go to that one.

Well I figure I may as well get in first
The last club trip was a classic, a 4 Runner sheared the idler arm pin and lost it's steering on a straight forward track. The passenger is a long suffering Rangie driver who has the worst luck with breakdowns etc. And boy did he pay out on the Toyo driver (who is one of the worst Rangie stirrers). He'll be reminding him for months to come about the "broken down Toyo". He's been waiting for this chance for a long time...............
