Just wondering who's put IFS springs in the front, what they did to lengthen front drive shaft, did all get new custom made, or can you get original lengthened, or I've been told the shafts in 4 runners and surfs are longer, what about something out of a 60 or something, what's my options, as cash is starting to get a little low.

yeah i have the same problem at the moment
i'm thinking of running a shortened rear shaft in the front. if you grind the weld transfercase end of the tailshaft end, cut however much you need out and weld the flange back on, i think that'll work. also hilux's have to longest slip out of the toyota's, so best to try and use a hilux one

Put a spacer in between the driveshaft and the front diff pinion flange.

do none of the above, if u run ifs rears up front setup properly u will get big flex and the std slip joint aint long enuf. u need 2 get a long slip spline from a driveshaft mob, i think ORI does them as well.
the slip joint in mine has 300mm of spline and it uses all of it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
