Does anyone know if 80S and 105S front trailing arms are interchangeable.I have a set of 80S arms at home and would like to get caster bushes fitted to them and then fit to the HZJ105.That way vehicle would not be off the road for long.Grasshopper.

They are thesame...the 105 is an 80 chassis with longer body mounts....was wanting to put 105 diffs in my 80 for the ratio change...little wider, nothing some larger flares wont fix...anyway, it takes longer, but you are better off slotting the front hole of the diff and keeping the rubber bushes (which articulate better) 14mm slotting equals 2 degrees, once both are slotted, have the caster checked, and when the desired caster is reached, weld the washers u put on the slots to the diff brackets. If 2 degrese is not enough, slot the rear holes next for 4 degrees, or buy plates for 5.
