West end is the best place to go.
High flowing will shoot your warranty in the arse instantly - maybe on the whole engine.
Motsons will probably do the same
Give AG Diesel in Melbourne a call - they also have some work done that Johnno is checking out, 20-30% more easily - 50% more with lots of $$$ spent.. But i think they are tossing the salad with 50%.. Would be impressive though.

Because i got told i should get 30% more power it's going to be dynoed before and after. Well it's getting done thursday and i'll post up the results as soon as i get them.

Am going to see someone called Andrew from Diesel Tech in lilydale, he did some mods on my old disco and i was pleased with the results. He now works with Errol who owns EFI dynamics and they have their own dyno.
Charges are as follows
Check and remove injectors $70-100
clean injectors $30 each
Dyno before and after with pump mods and boost $160
Boost controller i think around $50ish yet to be confirmed
I think its pretty cheap for that price he used to work for Bosch in the diesel department he knows what hes talking about so i feel confident that the job will be done right.
cheers

not sure the one i was getting was going to be a turbosmart one which we will just bleed off the waste gate its not digital or anything just something basic for tuning purposes. (i think autobahn had them for around that price also)
i will find out the price today and let u know.
Also am thinking of fitting a pyrometer for the exhuast after this am not sure when but i think i will do it.

Ring Binskins before you do anything. He can tweak your engine in a way that you wont have to change exuast or lose your warranty. I know of blokes travelling from up here down to him for his workmanship.

most people that i have spoken to all suggest to the exhaust which i have now done and it makes a big difference and most say no point even doing tuning mods without getting the exhuast done.

I think its like the Yota V Nissan, Diesel/auto, petrol/diesel arguements.
I would guess Glen binskin knows his shit, watchin Outback challenge vids that blue shorty fuckin rocks.
Will see how you go with this lilydale dude, I know that Stu (hillbilly) mentioned that he was gooderer at it and his GU Ute goes quite well.

yeah i know Errol's gun but he only does petrol stuff this other guy andrew does all the diesel and alot of comp guys use him because of what JPC (mark) charges.
But saying that just about every comp truck is tuned by mark
Well i have used this guy before and he did a great job on my disco picked the power from 28kw :( (rear wheels front was discon) and with a tune only (no boost) it when to 53kw i know the figures are low but in my opionion its huge increase.
well i'll ask for a copy of the dyno sheet and i'll post it up thursday

I haven't persued the AG Deisel one any further. Mate had his dyno tuned there, cost a few $$ and not happy at all with the results. Another mate had his tuned at JPC and was very happy with them, some gains, better econ and quite cheap

There is a company down here in Wagga wich does a complete turbo kit etc, I watched as the patrol was on the dyno, it was well above 600 nm, I cant remember what power figgers but it was full on. This was with out any mods to pump or fuel, this was just the turbo installation..
I can PM the company details if you like..
Casey..
