jeep key help

i have a 95 jeep wagen and i need a cheap remote key as the cheapest i can find is $ 175 dose any have one thay will sell or know were i will get it at a good price i think its infered

Good luck mate. I have heard some bad stories about getting a new key. I had the '97 XJ and when the key went tits up, I just used the kiy in the door. I know you can get an after market one for the central locking, but the Jeep one will cost you.
Most alarms now lock and unlock the doors by remote.

Did the same in my XJ, when the remote went I just went to key..

I've never seen one but as an electronics tech I have to ask - what's wrong with it - are they repairable?

I know some folks that get em from US dealers. Apparently a huge markup out here for replacement chipped car keys.
Can't be as bad as an Sti WRX though..
