have you pulled your front end apart before?
it is not that hard a job just take your time and lay it all out in the order you take it off - zook shouldn't be much different to cruiser

unfortunately can not offer help am starting new stuff this weekend
you can pm me if you want to talk through it

cheers scott

easy job to do, have you got a gregory's work shop manual? if not go get one, first one will always take longer but by the time you get to the other side you'll fly through it. and once you have done it 3 or 4 times you'll be able to do it with your eyes shut

i used to have a zook that was in need of constant attention. learnt alot from it though, but also the reason i sold it

ILL HELP IF YOUR KEEN TO COME UP HERE FOR A TRIP?

ALWAYS KEEN TO MEET O/L PEOPLE...AND HELP ZOOK PEOPLE ....

NOT THAT HARD........A HAMMER AND PUNCH IS WHAT YOU NEED TO GET EM OUT.....

THE IDEA IS TO DO ONE HUB AT A TIME...
(DISSASEMBLE IT..YOU CANT REALLY STUFF ANYTHING...AND YOU WILL LEARN) ONE BIT AT A TIME..AS YOU PULL IT APART LAY THE PARTS IN THE ORDER YOU PULLED EM.THE PARTS WILL GO BACK IN ONE WAY ONLY IF YOU DO THIS...

IF YOU CANT REMEMBER HOW SOMETHING WENT CHECK ON THE HUB YOU HAVE NOT PULLED APART YET....

(not taking the zook. would take too long to get there) so it looks like being the weekend after. would still like someone thats done it b4 to help out if even to just tell me how inperson. If anyone can help ill supply some drinks and food for their time.

i wouuld love to take it up to ya but the fuel cost would send me broke. The weber is working ok but is still a bit thirsty coz it aint been on a car for 10 years and is in desparate need of a reco kit and smaller jets.
